The first edition of the Get Involved and Influence Us quarterly newsletter has arrived. Get updated on the latest NPH resident involvement activity and how our tenants have helped shape our services.

Our programme to get residents involved and influencing us is going really well and we are collecting a lot of feedback. The new quarterly newsletter is a space whereby residents can find out, at a glance, how they’ve influenced NPH – all in one location.

In the NPH tenant magazine ‘Your Voice’ we’ve already started talking about how we’re listening to our residents – the new quarterly newsletter will go into greater detail about how we’re doing this. Here are some of the things you can expect to read about in the newsletter:

• Resident influence and the Service Quality Committee
• Feedback from face-to-face engagement opportunities
• How we’re doing via the Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Anyone can access the newsletter directly on our website where the ‘ReciteMe’ function can read it aloud or translate into a different language. There’s also a PDF version which is suitable for printing and we’ll bring copies along to our in-person events.
