Join Us at Our November Engagement Café
Sometimes the best conversations happen over a cup of tea.
That’s exactly what our Engagement Cafés are all about; creating a relaxed, welcoming space where tenants can meet with NPH colleagues, share feedback and ask questions.
Whether you have a specific issue you’d like to discuss, a suggestion for how we could improve, or simply want to learn more about what’s happening in your neighbourhood, we’d love to see you there.
Date: Thursday 5 November 2026
Time: 4pm to 6pm
Venue: The Life Centre, 9 Tower Street, Northampton, NN1 2SN
There’s no formal agenda and no need to book; just drop in between 4pm and 6pm with any queries you might have.
Representatives from a range of NPH teams will be available throughout the event, including Housing Management, Repairs, Rent Income, Tenancy Compliance, Resident Involvement and Building Safety. Whether you have questions about your tenancy, rent, repairs, anti-social behaviour, moving home, estate services, planned investment works or getting more involved in shaping our services, our teams will be on hand to help.
Our Engagement Cafés give tenants an opportunity to:
- Share ideas and suggestions directly with NPH staff
- Ask questions about housing and neighbourhood services
- Find out more about current projects and improvements
- Meet members of the NPH team in an informal setting
- Help influence decisions that affect tenants and communities
If you’d prefer not to speak with us in person, you can also leave comments, suggestions and improvement ideas in our suggestion box, which we review after the event.

The Mayorhold car park across the main road (Horsemarket) from the New Life Centre is now closed. So, if you are driving to the venue, you may find it easier to park in the Commercial Street car park which is a ten-minute walk away. If you’re arriving by bus, it’s a short walk along Greyfriars using either the underpass or crossing at the lights to access the New Life building.
We look forward to welcoming you on November 5th – this event is just one of the opportunities for residents to connect with us, access support and have their voices heard.
