Our aim is to provide services you can rely on, feel confident using and know have been shaped by residents.

What we’ve achieved so far

Tenants told us repairs were taking too long. We changed how our trade teams work by introducing locality working, reducing travel time and helping repairs be completed sooner.

Tenants told us some repairs were not completed first time due to missing parts. We introduced local pop-up stores so operatives can collect materials on the same day and complete more repairs first time.
