Essential System Maintenance

Essential system maintenance is taking place on The Choice Based Lettings website on the 5th and 6th of December and this is how it may affect you.

Bidding for homes

We apologise that you will not be able to bid for properties in cycle 48 on Tuesday 5th December. The cycle will close on Monday at 11:59pm for works to take place and there will be no bidding available online on Wednesday 6th December.

The next cycle 49 will open on Thursday 7th December and close as normal on Tuesday 12th December at 11.59pm. 

If you would like to place a bid online on the current open cycle, please do so before the 5th December. After this date, you can ring our Customer Services on 0300 330 7003 and they will take your reference number and the property details you wish to bid for, and submit your bid when the system is available again. 

Applying for housing

Unfortunately on Tuesday 5th December and Wednesday 6th December you will not be able to complete your application online for Northampton’s Housing Register. You can still apply in person by visiting us at the Guildhall One Stop Shop or resume your application on Thursday 7th December.

Viewing your rent account online

We apologise that during the system maintenance, tenants with a Your NPH Account or Citizens Account will not be able to view their rent account online. To make a card payment please visit our Pay Your Rent webpage. Alternatively, you can speak to our Rent Income Team on 0300 330 7003.
